Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-07-10
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Polaris AI platform (the "Service") operated by Polaris AI. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Polaris AI is a multi-tenant marketing platform that uses AI to help teams create, validate, schedule, and publish brand-consistent content. Features include brand knowledge bases, AI chat and agents, content generation, consistency checks, integrations with third-party platforms, and a public API.
2. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Organization administrators control membership, roles, integrations, billing, and API keys for their workspace, and are responsible for the actions taken with them.
3. AI-generated content
The Service produces content with large language models. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable despite our validation tooling. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it or publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law, platform policies, and third-party rights. The Service’s consistency and validation scores are assistive signals, not guarantees.
4. Your content and ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload and, as between you and us, to the outputs generated for your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (hosting, processing through AI providers, displaying content to your team, publishing where you instruct us to). You are responsible for having the rights to the material you upload and the accounts you connect.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, including spam;
- attempt to access other customers’ data or probe the Service’s security;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties outside your organization without our agreement;
- circumvent usage quotas, rate limits, or billing.
6. Plans, billing, and quotas
Paid subscriptions are billed through Polar (merchant of record) on the pricing in effect when you subscribe. Plans include usage quotas (e.g. monthly generations and connected accounts); we may throttle or pause usage that exceeds them. Taxes are handled by Polar. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
7. API keys
Organization administrators may create API keys for the public API. Keys act on behalf of the organization: keep them secret, scope them minimally, rotate them when in doubt, and revoke them when no longer needed. API usage is billed and metered like in-app usage.
8. Third-party services
Integrations (social platforms, storage providers, analytics) are governed by the third parties’ own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions they take on connected accounts as a result of content you publish.
9. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and evolves continuously; features may change or be discontinued. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data, and our total liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
12. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Service and apply from the stated effective date. Contact: hey@myroomie.gr.
